In the last report, I mentioned that user profiles are coming soon! However, to set up your profile, I will need you to submit a form. This form is not done yet, I will send it out in an email. On the form, you will need to insert HTML code generated by Goodreads, so I can set it up in your profile.
It isn't hard to access the code, however, you will need to do this on a computer. Here's how to access it:
Go to Goodreads.com on a computer, and sign in if not done so already.
Click on your profile picture in the top menu
Press 'Account Settings'
You should see tabs underneath 'Account Settings'. Press the 'Widgets' tab
The form will show what boxes should be checked and what each field should say. Make sure to follow these instructions closely
Copy the code in the box by pressing Control + C (Command + C on a Mac), and paste it into the form by pressing Control + V (Command + V on a Mac)
You will need to repeat steps 5 and 6 for each widget you're submitting. The form will say what widgets need to be submitted.
As soon as you've submitted the form, I'll have your user profile published on the website. If you don't use Goodreads to track books, there is an option on the form to skip the above steps, but I would still like you to submit the rest of the form (simple questions).
